So IRL I do a lot of work with gender/race, comics and statistics. (GO TO ART SCHOOL THEY SAID, YOU DESPISE MATHS THEY SAID, IT’LL BE FLAWLESS THEY SAID, and now I’m fucking drowning in spreadsheets.) The question I get THE MOST, after the gasps of horror at what people actually get paid in this industry, is always always always WELL THEN WHERE ARE THE AWESOME COMICS?!?!!
